Horrible service

I was due for an upgrade with mtn and was promised delivery will be made and when dsv came with their thumb print verification thing it didn't work. So they said they will do a manual delivery which till today no one has phoned me or let me know where the problem is, instead no one there wants to give me a straight answer. Is mtn falling apart cos this is not how I remember mtn
