Horrible service

Hi , can you please contact management and ask them what is happening to my application. I app**** last week Thursday on the 6th . You guys said it takes 3-5 working days to be delivered and today is day 5. At 9h35 it will be exactly 120hours that I've been waiting for the phone . That's week days only. I received a order id by sms but I did not receive a tracking reference for courier. Mtn Facebook gave me DSV number because apparently phone is there and I contact dsv already they say they have nothing under my id number.Also mtn Facebook said they will send it to the relevant department but nobody contacted me yet I'm very disappointed and dissatisfied. Please guide me on the process to cancel the application I will rather switch over to vodacom. I spoke to sales the lady was so rude said her system is offline and she doesn't have time to assist me please look into this matter aswell. Horrible experience with MTN I do not advice.
