Horrible Service

Two months ago I bought the smallest data bundle possible for my iPad. However, MTN loaded a 30gig bundle on my contract. After numerous complaints, emails, phone calls and visits to the MTN, they are still subtracting the amount off my account. I still haven’t received ONE phone call, or ONE email from them. Every time there is an excuse!!!!!
