Horrible service

I canceled my contract with Mtn on the 11 of January to a normal prepaid account . In February I was then charged an amount of R257 for what I do not know. I spoke to someone who said they would escalate my issue almost 2 weeks ago and I am still waiting. This is reflecting horribly on my credit.
