Horrible service by MTN with *****ulent billing

When I took out a contract with MTN, I signed up for 40g day and 40g night, never received that deal in 24 months, in February 2026 I cancelled my contract, to this day the contract is not cancelled. I called endless times, sent multiple email and still no cancellation was done. They blocked my services and continue to bill me, it moved from R213 to R859 in 09 days, no explanation is given as to why all this is happening. I’m now going through the ICASA process to have this resolved, the sad part is, this has had a very negative impact on me in ways I cannot even explain. I have never come across such terrible service and the level of incompetence at MTN is appalling.
