Horrible service at MTN Waterfront

Absolutely apauled by the service I got from Wilfred in the V&A. I have an issue with my WhatsApp which is kicking out my contract number. He was so aggressive in how he was handling the situation. He kept looking at the line within 3 minutes of me sitting down even though I had waited 30 minutes in line. He flat out told me it’s not MTN’s issue it’s my issue. Therefore the fact that the number is being kicked out of WhatsApp is not their problem I probably did something to make the number to be kicked off. I asked that he check if number has been used previously which would make sense why it’s being flagged off WhatsApp. He utterly rude even when I asked to purchase a new SIM card. I had to get up thinking I needed to pay somewhere else because he was dismissive through out. I have never been so patronised by a consultant in my life. I’d give the whole MTN store 0 stars.
