Horrible Service at MTN Vaal Mall

I just received horrible, cold service from one of the employees at MTN Vaal Mall, perhaps employ people who are passionate about what they do. While I was met by a kind lady at the door, the lady behind the counter was rude, and did not try assisting me at all.
