Horrible service at MTN Lakeside Mall

I am so disappointed in MTN, I truly believe that each and every company needs to have workers who are ethical and by ethical I mean they must have honesty and integrity and seems like the staff at MTN Lakeside Mall do not have that, my mother has been sent from pillar to post trying to get her device but no one has the decency to get back to her with the correct information, from the workers and to the supervisor. My mother wanted a Samsung and was pushed into taking a Hisense, she asked that should she not be happy with it as she is not fami**** with this brand can she return iy within 7 days and they said yes and guess what? The workers are failing to keep to their word, Amanda who assisted my mother at the store failed to assist and communicate with my mother, Liezelle who is the area manager called her and promised my mom that Krista Michelle from MTN SA would call her but no one has and and the first payment has gone through but my mother still doesn't have her device, you guys are ********* and taking advantage of people, i will not allow this and as her daughter I will make noise on all social platforms to show people how *********** your staff is and how you as a company do not have any TCF.
