Horrible service at MTN call centre

So disappointed with MTN call center. I made an upgrade via their call center and Bongeka was assisting me and the line disconnected and she never came back to me. I tried for two hours calling mtn to locate her and no one is able to help me locate her and i cannot restart the application. Can someone from MTN call me to cancel this contract. I cant tolerate this level of abuse
