Horrible service at MTN and *********** staff

I have never seen a business as horrible as MTN My WiFi gets switched off after I have paid and wen I enquire I get told that the price has increased and I ddnt pay the increase amount, I ask the consultant how can an increase happen without informing the client, she responds on Twitter and says everyone got sms and email about it and I literally drove to the store to show them I have not received any email or sms infact I find more customers at the store complaining about the same thing, the lady gives an apology and says I must pay the increase R75 and they will switch it on immediately I do so and show her proof of payment and upon getting home my wifi is still off even after rebooting I call again coz im wasting fuel driving to the store, I wait over an hour to just speak to a consultant and even wen the consultant speaks it's pure arrogance an incompetence as she says that wifi can't be restored I have to wait for April (even though i paid at the store and the consultant at the store apologized and promised to fix the mess) I then ask to cancel my contract and they giving me a total run around ND sending me to their (retention team)

NEVER USE MTN ITS RUN LIKE A ****A SHOP WITH CONSULTANTS THAT DONT KNOW WAT THEY ARE DOING

IM VERY ANGRY AND WILL PROBABLY GET A WARNING AT WORK DUE TO THEIR INCOMPETENCE COZ I WORK FROM HOME AND I USE WIFI
