Horrible service At MTN

On Sunday past 2pm I went to MTN to take back their router that I was paying monthly R430 be cause I am no longer using it,paying month to month but to surprise the lady behind till said there is no manager to authorize refund and I must come Monday to Friday,so I did that Monday 15th July I went to Store for same reason the same lady had poor delivery saying again Manager is not available I must come back another day,remember when I go to Promenade I use fuel and I'm staying far.All and all the lady refused to assist me and she was saying that's long process to do that and she's going Home,..still shocked never had such horrible service and never dealt with rude Consultant in my life.
