Horrible service and won't cancel my contract!!!!!!!!!!

Don't even waste your time with MTN and Mondo. They have no regard for customers. Even their complaint division is useless!

I have been contacting them since the 3rd of June but have not been assisted. I then just requested for cancellation of the contract because I cannot stand for such horrible service and it's been 2 weeks but still no cancellation letter. Customer care number is even worse. keeps disconnecting.
