Horrible service and nosense phone

I bought my Hisense phone in November 2021,on the 09 February I took it there for repairs because screen was out there said the glue was weak they will fix it I should collect on Monday to cut the story short I sent my phone on a Thursday and they promised me to collect on Monday, on my Monday when I go to collect they said they forgot to book the phone to hisense

The staff is very rude they don't know how to speak to people and their services its Very bad please don't buy hisense phone its nosense and dont use MTN mall@reds centurion
