Horrible service and FALSE ADVERTI*****T

I hope this will be resolved ASAP

I took cellphone insurance recently with MTN and I received my contract with the agreed amount that I chose and I could afford. A day later I received an SMS stating something different from the contract an when I contacted your call center I was told that it is not mentioned online so there's nothing they can do.

To me that is false adverti*****t and *******. I have been using MTN for more than 15 years now and if you fail to fix this kindly cancel my contract
