Horrible service and CPA service from MTN

I was phoned and told that MAN wanted to give me a cellphone contract everything was fine at first. Once I received the phones and SIM card I had to go up and down every day to an MTN store as there were constant problems with my SIM cards and the Rica process. I was informed I have 7 days if my phone gives hassles by the 3rd day my phone kept freezing and did not respond with the screen. I took the phone to an MTN store to replace and was told I must drive to midrand for a faulty phone I received from mtn the reason they said was because the contract was not with them but from another company. But when I was called I was told man wants to give me a contract. I feel that I am not getting the service I have to pay for as stated by the cpa laws in South Africa and would recommend that if anyone ever wants a contract that they should stay clear of mtn, and should rather consider another service provider
