Horrible service and attitude from staff

I recently visited the MTN store at Riverside Boulevard in Vanderbijlpark. I wanted to do a sim swap, I walked in and the staff told me the system is down, and that in future I should rather go to the MTN shop in the Vaal Mall. Out of convenience I returned to the store at Riverside Boulevard today (13 Dec), Id and proof of address in hand. I explained what I wanted to do, the staff member told me to wait for another to help me. When she finally asked what I wanted, I explained to which she rep**** in a very condescending manner that I should go to the supermarket to get a sim and do it myself. If I wanted to do it myself I would have. The staff definitely need training to work with the public! And a side note, maybe the staff should also not smoke in their uniform right outside the shop, it is very unprofessional!
