Horrible Service Again

It has now been a week since I did an online request to add another contract and it was noted I will be contacted within 48 Hours. I then send another request whereby I was e-mailed from the customer care e-mail requesting information that will be send onto their sales department. This was Thursday. Friday I requested feedback as nobody has contacted me. Still no feedback. Now it's Monday again. Do you guys have too much business that mine just doesn't matter because it's not a massive contract??? Why must I beg to give you my business. I really think I need to start looking at other service providers as this is horrible service.
