Horrible service

I have been shouted at by mtn consultant for a mistake on their side. I did an upgrade this year January and they didn't do an upgrade on my address on the system, now they r refusing to assist my regarding data that I'm paying for yet I don't receive on my modem. It's been months that I have been calling in mtn to question this but the consultants are rude and never assist me.
