Horrible service

On the 21st I spoke to 2 consultants that were not helpful until I spoke to Thandeka(Team leader) that never helped at all and she advised she escalate my problem 2 days later I called to check up on my query only to find out nothing was escalated. Spoke to a very helpful lady and she provided me with my token 2 days later I called back again to check if the technicians have looked into my query only to find out my case was not opened as yet, I was advised to call back again which i felt that was really unfair . I called back again spoke to Phenyo who was very rude and failed to assist . I'm done with mtn
