Horrible service

0 stars would be more appropriate.

MTN is such a disappointment. I have been trying to cancel an unsatisfactory (wrong deal) simcard contract that I've never used and don't have from January 2020. I don't know if it's a lack of competence from staff or overall poor customer service from MTN.

Over the months, my mails to MTN have been ignored, I've dealt with rude and often uninterested staff and til this day a simple cancellation can't be done. I am TIRED of paying for something I do not have.
