Horrible Service

I have had it with MTN. I have been having a reoccurring issue regarding you guys not debiting my account, apparently, you guys cannot run a debit less than R50. I've had this R49 package since December 2020 and only found out today 6 July 2021. I've been screaming and shouting since May 2021 for someone to fix my billing issues but no one bothered to give me the heads up. MTN please pull your socks up. Does only one person at MTN know about the R50 debit order thing because I have spoken and interacted with more than 5 people there who always said my issue is escalated?
