Horrible Service

Worst service ever, they are quick (within 10 min) to call you when you apply for a product but when there is a problem no one and I mean no one in 3 different departments and instore can assist or resolve and they ignore you. Then they want to charge you for something you don't have, can't use after saying on their recorded phone calls you have 10 days to return the product if it does not work. They are ******* but I see why they only have bad reviews. Don't trust MTN and record calls from your own side as well if possible because they lie, ***** and cheat.
