Horrible service

I have app**** for a cellphone contract. I have been trying to contact mtn to do a follow up on my package. I believe this a simple thing but clearly you team is clueless they have been transferring me to the wrong departments. What a waste of time and my money I have been following up every single day since the 27 May 2024 till today I can't get through to someone who is willing to assist me. This is really disgusting I must say.
