Horrible service

The most horrific service by Mtn fourways mall in particular Maki. I took out a contract with them on Monday the 31st of August was advised to come pick up the handset on the 1st of September which I did, I was then told my number will be ported from another network to MTN within 24 hours well guess what it's more than 48 hours and still nothing she also advised me that she will foward me an invoice for me to see what my subscription is per month still haven't received anything after following up with the store more than once I still haven't received feedback thinking of just returning the device and canceling the whole thing.
