Horrible service

I have been contacting MTN from 1/10/2022 with no luck. I been personally to MTN Store in Hillcrest with no help. I have a data package that i would like to cancel. I have so help from MTN what so ever. I even emailed MTN hillcrest no help.

The only thing they tell me is to dial 135 which i have been doing daily but still can't get the help i need. I can not believe what terrible service this is.
