HORRIBLE SERVICE

I have to say I am appalled by the service offered by MTN. Your company says you aim to respond to queries within 24 hours and I have been waiting for my query to be resolved for over two weeks. I have now been handed over, all because your company has failed to communicate within the stipulated time. I have even taken this matter to ICASA because this is unacceptable.
