Horrible service

I am so disappointed I app**** for an mtn contract it got approved for an iPhone but now I am not receiving any communication for the delivery I have made numerous attempts to ask for an update , the sales representative who assisted me is no longer replying to my emails - I am so disappointed I wish I had known all of this before trusting them
