Horrible Service

I wouldn’t recommend them as a service provider, my contract has been blocked and I’ve been pushed to pillar to post to get it unblocked and the agents who have helped me tell me there’s nothing they can do , I must call during working hours. Why have a 24 hrs customer service line if you will not be assisted after a certain time. Horribly disappointed at the service I’ve received from being told I have not paid , yet you sent me an email receipt.
