Horrible service

Gave my phone in on the 10th of December 2016.

The consultant said the will do an exchange on the phone because it is still under warranty and it will take two weeks. Its the 15th of January 2017 and I still have not received my phone and it wont even be a new phone but just a fix of the old one which is fine but its past 5 weeks and everytime I go to the store thy cant help me and nobody knows where the phone is.

Talked to the manager at the store and said this is horrible service and she said I am entitled to my opinion and didnt assist me to track where my phone progress is. I need my phone because I am running my own bussiness and even call centre dont know what is going on and where my phone is. They have my IMEI number and one day they say the phone will be at the store one day and when I get there again they say they dont know where my phone is.

Please advise what to do and where to go to sort this out. It is starting to feel likr theft because there is no answer from the store.
