Horrible service

My college recently visited MTN Moffett Retail Park in Port Elizabeth, wanting to access their WiFi service as she has an account with them. She spoke to one of the staff members outside the who was on a break, who informed her that they can help her inside the store. Upon entering the store, all the staff were seated. She enquired about using the WiFi and was told they can't help, they blatantly told "it's only for customers in the store". She is highly upset as she has an account with them, and was still refused. She left seeing as she was pressed for time. She feels this is highly unacceptable as she is a paying customer
