Horrible Service

I experienced horrible customer service with one of the Sales Personnel, highly unprofessional and did not have a clue as to what she was doing. I contacted the Service Manager and to date received no response or help regarding a contract upgrade I required. I was basically just left without any further assistance from MTN to get my contract upgrade sorted.
