Horrible service

Pathetic service from MTN once again, I have a home router that is payable from month to month, first month I took the router i thought it will be via Debit order since no agent told me the method of payment, all my debits go off and MTN doesn't debit, I called customer center and I was told all router have been uploaded even if I pay, payments should be before the 1st and this month I called in to get baking details and I was told it's now before the 27th of each month. MTN must train their employees to inform and add value, horrible service and I have more bad experience with MTN. Never again!
