Horrible service

The above matter bears refers:

On the 31st I made a follow up on a home Improvement loan only to find out that I was blacklisted by MTN.

I was very shocked because I made a follow up at different MTN branches during August and they( sales assistant) told me that I owe R0.00 ( that is what was reflecting on their system , they even assured me by turned the screen to show me ) .

On the 31st I then called MTN head office they told me that my account is handed over to the legal department due to an overdue payment of January 2020, I decided to pay the money just to avoid argument and sent the proof of payment. Since that day I have been calling them and all they are telling me is that my matter is being escalated and this is frustrating because I need to be cleared so I can reapply for the Loan
