Horrible Service
<p>I bought R50 MTN airtime last week Thursday, 29th September which I used to buy 100MB data and 20 voice minutes and was left with R20 of airtime. The following day, all my airtime, my data and voice minutes were depleted and I don't understand how cause I switch my data off when I am not using it and I only made one call which lasted for less than a minute. I called MTN customer service and the girl I spoke to said she can see I had R20 airtime on Friday the 30th but is not sure what happened to it, as for my data and voice minutes and the R50 airtime I bought she could not see. She said I have to log a call for MTN to investigate what happened and she transfered me to a different line that deals with this, I WAS ON HOLD FOR OVER AN HOUR!!!!! I have never ever received such **** service before, how can MTN make a customer hold for so long. MTN is the worst by far and I am so disgusted.</p> <p> </p> <p>Can MTN just return my airtime and data and voice minutes.</p>

We have noted that you did load the R50 airtime on 2016-09-29 at 15:18:59; you then loaded 100MB MTN Weekly Bundle for R15 at 15:23:56 and again at 15:24:39 loaded 20 Minutes All-Net Voice Bundle for R10. The MTN All-net 20 Bundle is valid for one day and expires at 23:59:59 each day, after the calls made on 2016-09-30 your closing balance was R20.83 which was then used up at 08:11:37 on 2016-09-30 for data sessions when your data bundle was depleted.
We sincerely hope that the above is in order and hope that we are able to restore your faith in us.

I don't understand how when I use my data from the recharge I get monthly from my contract my data does not get depleted but when I buy airtime you waste no time and finish my data and airtime. I switch off my data every morninng and mostly switch off my app's from using my data and cannot see how my data and airtime got depleted.
