Horrible service

So MTN had no network from Friday afternoon until this morning( Monday) at 11. They did not even bother to se d smses to let us know why or keep us in the loop. I lost a 8GB of data and they not even willing to refund it. A whole weekend stuck with a no service phone. No calls,no internet. I work from home so I lost 3 days worth of work! So disappointed with MTN
