Horrible Service

I never though I would receive such poor service from a network I have been loyal to for so many years. I have not been able to buy data since December. After countless calls, messages and emails no one is willing to assist me. The constants ignore Facebook DM's and only attend to you when you post on the comments section where everyone is able to see. When you call they drop the phone when they do not know what to say to you.

The complaints department has not responded to my email. so many people on the Facebook page are complaining about you Network which as been beyond horrible lately.

This is my last resort, I no longer know what to do.
