Horrible Service

I went to MTN today to report that my router is not picking up network And the guys there just say it was blocked.So I went home and restarted the router and guess what... SAME ISSUE!!!. This is not the first time either earlier in January the forgot to debit the money paid in December and we didn't have Wi-Fi FOR THE WHOLE ****** MONTH!!!. MTN FIX YOUR SELVES!
