Horrible service

<p>I upgraded to a Samsung Galaxy S7 edge with mtn, as advertised you get 30gb free data when upgrading however I have been trying for over 24 hours to get the data app**** to my phone with no luck. I called 24 hours ago and was told that they can see it was not added and they have done so now and it will be added within 24 hours. I called twice today again and the call centre agents didn't know what I was talking about and all I was told was that it has been escalated and I will have to wait to be contacted which is not happening. They should be more clear with advertising as the deal also said that I get a free VR gear with the phone however I have to wait up to 4 weeks for that to be delivered. For now I would just like the data to be added as I was told this is to update the phone and load what I need but it's day 2 and I have not received this. I am already wondering if the VR gear will be delivered or if this is just to attract customers. </p>
