Horrible service

I visited your mtn store on the 2/07/16 to purchase airtime as I had issues with my cellphone banking. I was accompanied by a business partner from China so we quickly rushed in store after our meeting. Only to be served by a person smelling of alcohol, what a terrible experience. The young man introduced himself as Linda, very polite but the level of alcohol smell coming out of his mouth was terrifying. In all my years visiting that store I have never experienced such. I am cash client and was considering a contract with mtn East gate, after that embarrassing experience I will never visit your East gate store if we as clients would have to experience such service. That kind of behaviour should not be tolerated by you. I request that you move that young man elsewhere not dealing with clients directly or you will loose your loyal clients in that store.
