HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

If it was possible to rate them 0 I would give them that. a horrible service provided by MTN, recently got my month to month Wi-Fi and it’s not allocated with internet, waited for 24 hours and 3 days later it’s still not working.. All agents can’t seems to help or know what the issue is, not even a single agent has called me to check on my progress. At this point I might as well cancel this deal and go for a better service provider. SUCH A WASTE OF MY MONEY!!!!
