HORRIBLE SERVICE

After handing in my phone in for repairs under warranty on the 29th December 2014 it has now been over 2 months and I have not yet received my phone back.<br> <br> I've inquired at the store on the status of my phone repair several times and every time I was told that the phone still wasn't repaired. On the 3rd of March 2015 I received an SMS from the repair centre stating that the repairs will cost R446.71. The folowing day I was contacted by a consultant from the repair centre asking if the phone should be repaired and the moneys will be paid, upon which I tell her that the phone was still under warranty when handed in. She informs me that they only received the phone on the 27th of February 2015??!!<br> <br> Contact was made by the repair centre to the branch, response from branch that the manager is looking into it.<br> Emails sent to both parties from myself has not been responded to as yet. Repair centre requested feedback from branch as phone can only be held for 5 days and now 5 days are past.<br> <br> I've had to upgrade to get a phone, which I never planned as I wanted to keep my old phone and adjust my contract to a cheaper contract. <br> <br> HORRIBLE SERVICE LEAVING CLIENT UN-INFORMED!! SHOCKING!!
