Horrible Service!!!

My dad has had a contract with MTN for the last two years, in April 2021 the contract phone was ****** we reported the phone ****** and blocked the SIM cards. Guess what???

The SIM cards has never been blocked by MTN, ********** activities has been happening on the account and now they billing my dad. He is being sent from pillar to post, he has even visited the fruad department in Constantia but the problem is still not resolved.

We have so many references numbers for call recordings, that's if their calls are even recorded.

This is the worst service providers ever!
