Horrible service

MTN has been nothing but a headache, I tried cancelling my contract a few weeks ago but was convinced to stick around. Now I’m dealing with being billed incorrectly then I call the call centre and have to deal with nothing but horrible attitudes from the call centre agents. I’ve been placed on hold for over 15min now waiting for a call recording, which I never received the last time I requested. I feel like if I request a recording it is within my right to receive it, since I’ve been told that the call is being recorded. Absolutely trash service I’ve received!
