Horrible service

My home WiFi router hasn't been working for 3 days and I'm not getting solutions, I spoke to a lady by the name of Siphamandla Siboto who was extremely rude, all she did was to for problems instead of offering solutions to my problem and she even hung on me, unacceptable behaviour
