Horrible Service
I'm at the end of my tether. I was held up by gunpoint and Mtn refused to assist in giving me a new sim card and phone despite being a customer for over 10 years. They would not print my ID or even accept an affidavit from me setting out what occurred.<br> <br> I then went to Cell C who assisted asap but require a pre-cancellation letter to enable me to keep my number. Despite being promised the letter will emailed I have received nothing. Despite posting on facebook I have received nothing. Despite Cell C requesting I have received nothing.<br> <br> Tomorrow will be a week.....how long does it take to email a copy and paste letter? I can only assume Mtn doesn't care.<br> <br>
