Horrible service

I am very disappointed from MTN with their bad service,*********** and they are *****s. I spoke to a consultant from retention dept early last month for my contract to be cancelled since it came to an end , he informed me that I will be charged R110 on 01 september 2018 since it was cancelled late. I then lodge a complain about this because I did make an effort to contact MTN early but the first time they drop the call I believe is on record cause I spoke to someone from customer service and transferd me 2retention dept, I visited 2mtn stores in johannesburg where i was informed they dont service client from the stores which amazed me because that's where I bought my phone from. Willem Jnr Loots from complaints management team on his feedback on hellopeter to my initial complain he promised that it will be fixed which did not happen instant you debited the full amount which included the device charge, you were not suppose to debit at all so what did you fix exactly. I am very disappointed with your service and I dont want to work with you in my life again.I just want you to refund my money clearly no one bothered to attend to my query the consultant & and Willem just responded without going back to fix the problem.
