Horrible service

MTN cancelled my cell number without notice. I went in to numerous branches and they just tell me tough get a new number. My banking and all other business are on this number how can they do this

I am still waiting for your action on my cell number that was cancelled its 3 months later and still no answer. I will now be forced to take action against MTN if I don't have any feedback by 31 October 2018
