Horrible service

I was at your Brakpan store to open my phone that I shut down on flight mode. Your call Center told me to go to any MTN shop to open the phone cause they do help with such. We have been sitting for over an hour with the “other” consultants on lunch. The security guard while we were waiting tried to put some nice looking lady ahead of the queue and was starring at her bottom as she went out, clearly trying to score points with her (which is despicable behaviour). The sales consultant who says he’s name is Phiri spoke to me in a very disrespectful manner telling me he’s unable to help me. I was considering taking out a contact phone and also take up an LTE deal with MTN. Due to horrible I will consider other network providers!
