Horrible service

Had our contract renewed, the same contracts we've had for over 15 years. Started being billed twice. No one can have this resolved, every month the lines get suspended because we revise to pay the same contract twice. The call centre blame the store and the stores are to useless to resolve this. Worst place ever to do business with.
