Horrible Service!!!

Horrible Service!!! I’ve been trying to get hold of their legal department for 2 weeks now, via email, store & call, no one is able to help!!!! I need to rectify my account, I need to make a payment but I don’t know what account number to pay into.

Maria(MTN consultant) at The Grove instructed me to look for a friend who’s using an MTN number so I can call from their phone, what kind of service is this!!!!

All I need to do is to pay my account and no one is able to help!!!!
